Vendor Agreement — key terms (v2026-07-31)
- Kira's platform fee is 15% of each sale of your products.
- When a customer from your scan link buys another vendor's better-fitting product, you earn a 5% referral on that sale.
- Every listing is reviewed before going live (ingredient screening included), and stock passes physical inspection at EFC intake. Products containing banned or harmful substances are rejected. NAFDAC registration is optional and displayed on your listing when provided.
- Fulfilment is exclusively by EFC; you ship stock to EFC and track everything on your dashboard.
- You set your retail price; you agree not to undercut it in other channels for the same product.
- Payouts are made to the bank account you register, per the payout schedule on your dashboard.
The full agreement will be provided with your approval email. Registration records your acceptance of these terms.
